TSA is the bottom of the barrel in the Federal Community. I guarantee 80% of all the topics in meetings they have are about how to protect themselves and not cause trouble. Very little about protecting the public. The only answer is to disband TSA and contract it out. Up the pay and standards.

Friend of mine who worked there for awhile compared it to holding a stop and go sign for road construction.
