Looking for help with a BSA event?
 

Hello leaders,

I was toying with a cool idea. In where I get a team together to teach a bunch of Boy Scouts a Wilderness Survival Merit Badge here near Baltimore.

I don't have a set date, so this is a grass roots start in the planning phase.

Can the 20th help?

I don't know if this is still the case,, but DoD was told to not support the BSA because of their policies.

And I can't find it but we had a discussion about a scout survival merit badge class a while back??

Things like:

• Do you allow live ammo around the camp fire??
• Is water-boarding really need for the SERE portion of the course
• Do you use live chickens or snakes for wild food appreciation
• Is it advisable to use micro chip to track the kids while on the compass course
• Do you allow 60 lb rucks and limit the length of the march, or lighten the rucks and do a 40 mile march
