Should Sharia, the “Muslims Law” - be protected under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution although Sharia advocates treason, racism, bigotry, murder, and the destruction of the first Amendment?

IMO, the tenets of Islam codified by Sharia, violate many to all amendments of the Constitution including the Declaration of Independence. Would not the framework of a Sharia Court system be akin to institutionalizing discrimination…:confused:

Islam is not a religion. It is an ideology with spiritual undertones that demands cohersion.

Sharia law is completely opposite from religious Law and our laws here in the US.
In fact, it is opposite of human nature and common sense.

MO was dead quite a while before that Quoran was written - and written by goat shaggers it was.

I have been kind to moslems overall, yet I have little taste for them making my home their personal hell. Just like the europeons. There is plenty of that in other places for them to try their luck,

Can’t Judges be impeached for not upholding the Oath of their office, and by not adhering to Constitutional Law, or by subverting fundamental laws that introduce arbitrary powers :confused:

Enacting Shari'a law would be in direct violation of the First Amendment. It would be respecting one establishment of religion over the others, and it would prohibit the free exercise of the others. There should be no case for the implementation of Shari'a, as its enactment would also violate other clauses of the First, and then a few more Amendments. I don't think that chopping off hands for larceny and stoning adulterers is considered okay by the Eighth Amendment.

Like any religion, follow it personally if you wish, but you cannot impose it onto others. In this country, the laws of god cannot supersede the laws of Man.

That judge in NJ needs to be thrown out.

AS I have said in the past................We need a Constitutional Ammendment that SPECIFICALLY DENIES the Protection of OUR Constitution, Declaration of Independance, and any other Legal Standing (Laws)....... to those whose "Faith, Ideals, or anything that they adhere to morally, spiritually or otherwise", that are in conflict to The Constitution, as ammended or anything else of the above!!

We must strip them of "OUR" Protections, that ENABLE them to undermine OUR SOCIETY!!!

Would seeking subsidiary entities within our existing judiciary, that employs religious jurists, be considered imposing religion onto others e.g. religious courts for LEGAL rulings :confused:

Would the above constitute “discriminatory intent” towards a particular race, or sexual orientation, etc. ?

Can the State Department or Treasury Department solicit for, and subsidize under current Constitutional Law Fred Phelps’ numerous excursions, in order to collect charity for his so called Christian Institution?
