.357 python

I was wondering if anybody could help with a cylinder allignment problem. I've got a colt .357 python and the cylinder doesn't allign exactly with the barrel. Is there any way I can adjust it myself or will I have to send it in for repair?

You will need a really good gunsmith, or to return it to the factory.
