It's Sunday for cryin' out loud! Bright Center of the Universe had friends over (I was drinking Orange Juice). I was in my pajamas making French Toast (there was Vodka in the OJ) They were watching this and laughing (I may have had another) They were very complimentary of my French Toast (Shut up, it IS good, I probably did have another) I was in a"sharing mood". . . I thought it was funny . . . at the time.

I probably should have gone to church with My reason For Living, the ShortStop and the Little Dude.

Alcohol was never a valid extenuating or mitigating circumstance for defending such horrific behavior when undergoing a UCMJ action. I'd run and hide if I were you. :D

I wish to plead the case for Dozer as being a case of nothing more than Temporary Insanity, Good Natured Fatherhood and Excellent Husbandry.

As my client has stated.....

Sunday being a day of rest, as is stated in the Christian Bible that The Supreme Architect of the Universe, after creating the Heavens and the Earth, rested on the 7th day, and the fact that his "Bright Center of the Universe" had friends over, there was an "Arie" of "Silliness" in the Dozer household.

He was after all.....

Who here among us has NOT felt "Silly" while making French Toast or Pancakes (Flapjacks for our Southern members) or Eggs or Biscuits and Gravy or Breakfast in general on a Sunday, while still in your Pajamas, and wanted to share the "Silliness" with Brothers you work with and trust on a daily basis....

As many of you know, or have known at one time (before the Bitch took everything you have....that is except the Bass Boat), when your "Center of the Universe" or "Significant Other" or "Osama Bin Mama" or "The Brains Behind The Crown", has friends over, and they're doing it what they do when they get together and "Ramp Up" the silliness, especially when one is still in Pajamas making French Toast, a state of Temporary Insanity can ensue, such as in this case.

....were still in the house, added to this "silliness". Who here among us has not heard from our "Little Ones" or "Bug Factories" or "Rug Rats" something akin to, "Daddy, Daddy...put this on the computer with the guys with the Green Hats", seeing has how you yourself are laughing at what is being shown. In their minds, if they see that you like it, then ergo, the Guys in the Green Hats will like it too.

As far as to the claim that my client was somewhat inebriated, is unfounded.

No where does he state that the Orange Juice HE was drinking had Vodka in it. NO....he states he was only drinking ORANGE JUICE.
The Vodka in the OJ was being consumed by his "Bright Center of the Universe" and her friends. How else can you explain someone purposely searching out and bring up a video of The Hoff, unless they themselves were 3 sheets to the wind. No sane, sober person would do such a thing.

Yes, posting a video of The Hoff on an S.F. web site is wrong, even if it is in the Comedy Zone, where threads of The Sergeant Major and videos of Monty Python Raine supreme. But my client posted this under the duress of Temporary Insanity, Good Natured Fatherhood and Excellent Husbandry.
