Apple: Monitor Challenges

I'm fairly smart on the basics of running and maintaining a PC.

Having some challenges with MAC Display...the monitor is displaying the everything as if it were Zoomed to about 125-150%...which is now preventing me from seeing the bottom of the screen and prevents being able to adjust the size of windows, etc.

On a PC, I'd got to control panel...any tips on how to fix this on an Apple?

GB TFS--

Glad to help but also a bit green eyed.

I've been saying "My next laptop will be a mac" for eight years but manage to end up with another PC.
