Kinda' stupid of him to say "say please" but also kinda' stupid for the officer to not say "Sir, could you turn off your car please?" in the first place.

I'm thinking the jackass just shuts his car off and he is out of there in 20 minutes....tops.

I've dealt with his kind, they're the ones who like to shout "MY TAX DOLLARS PAY YOUR SALERY!"

What I really find amusing is this is the second time he's done it... Mr. Fortunato you are a sadomasochist and a moron, do us all a favor and don't come here anymore, we have enough jackasses in our country already we don't need to import any more.

The appropriate response to which is....

"WELL MY PEPPER SPRAY WILL BURN YOUR EYES!"

My response most often was (if of course I had a legal reason) to pull out my cuffs and say "Look at the nice shiny bracelets your tax dollars also paid for, let me show you how they work." It's amazing how quickly most dropped that attitude, though I can think of a few idiots who persisted, normally a few hours in the drunk tank would solve that :)

A word to all the young Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines reading this, you CAN talk your way INTO jail but you will likely never talk your way out, so don't try to be a smart ass and test an LEO you will not win. I say this because I've seen it happen many, many times.
