GSW kits

Gents,

Looking for some Ideas for GSW kits. I need to make them small enough to carry in fanny pack. Also any knew items as well. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Now this will probably not meet your particular requirements but one thing I used to do was have special trauma kits made up for crisis sites. These were black (of course-the only color we knew at the time) nomex rectangles that were carried as a roll strapped to the assualter's back and not much larger that what I have seen as what these folks now carry as camel back hydration kits. When you unrolled the kits there were loops sewn that held morphine syringes, IVs set ups, two or three IV pouches, pressure bandages, and tourniquets. The idea was to move quickly thru the site, drop the package on the casualty with the medics coming up close behind and stabilizing the person and moving on to the next until the site was secure. Then the litter teams would come in and take out them out. Of course, these were for special situations and were tailored to fit the type wounds that we anticipated.
