Yarbrough Knife

Sent all my paperwork in for the Special Forces Yarbrough Knife, we'll see how long it takes from paperwork to a combat knife in hand.

Picked up mine on Tuesday.

I must add that during a demonstration of the Knife out at Camp Mackall on Wendesday, Chris Reeve made a VERY HARD CHOP on a Chain Link Fence Post (Pipe) and left one hell of a gash in it !!! The cadre present were amazed, it barely disturbed the EDGE !!! After about 3 strokes on each side with a DMT sharpening tool, the edge SHAVED HAIR !!!! The CPM S30V is some really Bad Assed Steel !!!

Any questions, I'm sure Bill Harsey will be around to provide the answer.

A believer !!

Chris whacked that galvanized steel pipe holding up the chain link fence pretty hard. He's always full of surprises. I wondered what kind of damage it would do to the edge, didn't take much work to clean up. The notch will be in the post for some time.

One of these days, I will order one of these beautiful blades.

Is there a thread with what paperwork it takes to get one?

Thanks TS.

Now I have boxes of papers to open.

More than happy to assist on this end if there is a sticking point.

AM's paperwork and purchase sailed right through with a little heat. Could have done it in one day if the Gift Shop was open on Mondays.

That chop on the post imprerssed me as well. Got to get a pic of it next time I am out there. Probably have to initiate a Report of Survey on the knucklehead who brought the civilians on the compound.

Terry, all you need to do is contact any Chris Reeve vendor and order the Green Beret knife. I have a buddy or two who are vendors. Usually a couple on eBay at any given time as well. Sounds like a great Father's Day gift, about $200-$300, depending on where you buy it.

I hate it when you guys post these pictures. I'm running out of hard drive space.

Somehow, I doubt it, but that is one of the reasons I do not post my mug here.

You have email, BTW.
