Boy if THAT's not the truth.
The whole town is now jumping on the "Rockies Bandwagon". Tickets for the NLCS games were sold out in in less than 12 hours, and people yesterday were line for WS tickets, before they were told to go home.
Hell, even Broadway plays got in on the act. I went to see
SPAMALOT Sunday night, and there was a banner up in the "Band" area (Orchestra) saying, "GO ROCKIES", and towards the end of the show, the cast brings a member of the audience up on stage (I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it), and they mention the Rockies, and the whole place went nvts.
Well, at least we have a sports team to cheer for, (aside from the AVS), seeing that the Broncos are, shall we say, Sucking BIG time.
Sooooo.....GO ROCKIES !!!!! :lifter

Thank God for that. These Damn Californians, I swear, I'm gonna start running them off the roads, pretty soon. They're almost as bad as those Damn TEXICANS. ;)
BTW....
SPAMALOT was a riot. If you have a chance and are a Monty Python fan, even if you aren't, you'll still enjoy it, go see it.
