Looking for a training buddy
 

I was wondering if there are any future candidates in the CS/FT Carson area who would like to link up to train for selection. Thanks!!! :lifter

Having a training buddy to help you push your limits can be helpful at times, but remember--many things you do at SFAS are individual efforts, and no one will be there to motivate you through them except you.

However, If you're looking for training buddy because you need motivation to train, you might be barking up the wrong tree.

RGR, motivation is not an issue for me. I was hoping on some new workouts or training tips, basically anything I can absorb to improve. I understand that I'll be on my own. This will be the biggest challenge I have ever tackled and will give it everything I've got. Failure is just not an option anymore. Thanks for the input.
