My PS.com search-fu is weak today

UGH !!!!

I'm looking for a song/music, I forget the name, but the best way to describe it is, in the movie EXCALIBUR, after Arthur gets the grail and is riding with his Knights to the final battle, that music that's played over the action.

I know TR had mentioned it in a thread quit awhile ago, ergo my PS.com search-fu is weak.

What's the name of that song/music ???!!!

I believe it is, "O Fortuna", which is a classic, IMHO. Wagner pays his respects to the situation in the movie, with uncompromising style.:)

Good work, Holly, it is "O Fortuna", from Carmina Burana.

TSO does an excellent electronic version.

Great scene, along with Arthur being carried off after his death.

Uhhh Guys? Carmina Burana is by Carl Orff. O Fortuna is one of the embedded choral works. I don't recall ever hearing it attributed to Wagner. And I agree - it's incredibly moving music. We heard the TSO version in concert last year (thanks for the recommendation TR) and loved it. FWIW - Peregrino
