Will these soft armor inserts fit a CIRAS -MAR?

I am not up to speed on sizing of different different plate carriers.
The soft inserts are 8 1/4 X 11 3/4, plus a little extra material that houses the armor.

The inserts fit into my RAV, and my SOTECH CPCS.

Hope this helps.

Eagle, I believe the soft armor he's describing is for plate carriers and will not fit the CIRAS.
