Need Info
 

I have been a member of the Arkansas Army National Guard for the last 6 years, I was active duty for 4 years where I was a member of U.S. Army Technical Escort. I have have 3 MOS's 25R/25Q/54B-J. I want to be SF and I understand that 18X is the way to go. The only problem is that I keep get the round robin from the recruiters here in Arkansas and they tell me that I cannot go 18X because my communications MOS's are critical and they need them active duty. What are my options here or is it possible that I can get SF through the National Guard without having to deal with recuriters of active duty?

If, after you've tried the SF recruiters, you have not come to a resolution I/we will get you the help you need.

I am the SF recruiter in MS. The 18x is only offered to NPS enlistments however you can still get in the 18 series program. Your MOS has nothing to do with it. Give me a call and I will explain how it works. 601-955-3183
