Thanks for the post. When I had COVID and had to sit at the house for 10 days, I spent four of them entirely watching documentaries concerning the IRA and learned more about them during that period than I had my entire life. Now I have some great reading material. ;)

The author does a good analysis of the early IRA urban resistance and its effectiveness against the British. This is one of the best.

"The IRA" by Tim Pat Coogan is a very good read on that organization to include some of their clandestine activifies.
