If freedom loving Americans had wanted there to be an "attack on the Capital" with "intending to murder lawmakers" I suspect the fires would still be burning, both building and pyres.

Respectfully,

Didn't have to read past the first paragraph. "Observers around the world were stunned to see a violent mob storm the U.S. Capitol building in a desperate, violent bid to overturn a legitimate presidential election and secure a second term for outgoing U.S. President Donald Trump....."

They've drunk gallons of the special issue of Speaker of the House Kool-aid.

Thank you Pete, further into the article it had names of persons who thought the election had been stolen and compared it to their own elections using the same equipment. It was the names and places that I was not familiar with that I thought some in your community would know and be able to shed light on for me. I do understand that the author was regurgitating most of the party line. It is hard for me to find anything that I can read without looking between the lines and toward a larger picture. For me the story reflected a larger picture of election problems spanning a much wider area and the common names given to those who protest.

Again thank you sir,

Bob

Well well well Tit for tat :D North Idaho internet provider bans FB and twatter

https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/othe...ns/ar-BB1cFgr9

The decision comes after Twitter and Facebook banned President Donald Trump from social media platforms in the wake of the U.S. Capitol riots.

Per KGW8, the decision could violate the net neutrality law in Washington state. The company said it planned to block Twitter and Facebook because the company received complaints from customers.

“It has come to our attention that Twitter and Facebook are engaged in censorship of our customers and information,” the company said in an email to customers.
“Our company does not believe a website or social networking site has the authority to censor what you see and post and hide information from you, stop you from seeing what your friends and family are posting,” the email reads. “This is why with the amount of concerns, we have made this decision to block these two websites from being accessed from our network.”

Instead, everyone is going to see soon that Trump faced serious legal jeopardy long before Operation MAGA Insurrection; the attack on the Capitol of this country, with the intention to murder lawmakers, was only an effort to stay in office in order to avoid that legal jeopardy.

You guys should feel ashamed, and I think before each of you reaches the end of your time, you will.

cith, Brother I don't like guest to this site to come in our house and make snide remarks to our Brothers. A guest can come here and express their views civilly, or be an ass and get shown the door. So far MrMojok has not shown much value added. His last post prior to this thread was on 04-30-2019, 21:17. So now he waltzes back in and starts throwing crap. I'm not impressed.

Yes ma'am, they have some things to work through. As I may have mentioned in the (seemingly other) Civil War thread, their usage went up 750% in the 48 hours following the events in that office building that houses Congress (and apparently used to house some now stolen SIPR laptops that were left lying around). At any rate, part of that increase was from refugees, and part was a bunch of the OPFOR coming over to try to comb the site for any dirt they could use. They'll get it squared away.

But the war is on.

Old Dog New Trick 01-12-2021 06:41

OAN is back up and running this morning.

Headline is: FBI warns of mass protests at all 50 state capitals by armed insurgents (aka domestic terrorists) which they are being called by leaders of the NG.

Interesting target demographic, leading to a narrative we hear everyday, that its white supremacy. This narrative is the mantra (lets call it was it is) of the democratic socialist and MSM has used to program and justify their attack on civil liberties.

Edit to add: All attack or justification for attacks on civil liberties by the SDP (SDS), are grounded in academic scholarship.

I dont care for insults to our regiment either but this asshat is the equivalent of a 4 year old calling us doodoo heads and I dont feel insulted.

I thought ODNT and Tom Kelly had good response. Back it up or be ignored.

In the regiment I remember, insults were part of the game and great pride was taken to give as well as you get and no mercy was shown to anyone with thin skin.

In the end; I would rather argue with someone who disagrees with me than listen to some sycophant tell me I'm the best.

And then, Trump happened and the people coalesced around him and his policies both foreign and domestic and the world according to them was right again.

Only the Left was left out because they lost the perceived power they once had. They honestly believed Hillary Clinton should have been president and their rewards for obedience to the oligarchy that promised them riches and power over the people disintegrated. At least that’s what they were told and taught in school.

Agreed.

I guess Mr? will be back in two years to drop another grenade in the toilet and run away before it explodes.

I’m still waiting on his list of “actual crimes” the President has committed as President but I doubt he’s going to find any. Maybe he double parked the “Beast” at Daytona or forgot to sign a document giving away his salary...

God forbid they try to charge him with committing murder of all the people who have died with Covid, or we are going to have hold every past and future president with “high crimes and misdemeanors” for wars declared or not on other sovereign countries and the ensuing death tolls that come from those.

And it’s cool that we can agree to disagree and listen to another persons POV without calling him names or hurling insults at each other.

Peace Brother...

I found this interview Joe Rogan did with Tulsi Gabbard refreshing and a glimmer of hope. She certainly is reflecting my views regarding representation. It begs the question: Is it greed and lust for power that pulls the chains?

Exactly, conservatives need to quit depending on other sources which obviously will not deliver. 75,000,000 Trump voters looking for a place to land. This would be a golden opportunity for the "Right" people.

I'm waiting for him to be charged/impeached for the speach he gave.
Should open the door for every politician who expressed support or directly provided support for the riots to be charged as well.

I'm not sure why all of the scenarios assume secession. The county by county map indicates, and the Nov 3rd election probably proved, that we are not that divided. We should be protesting for honest elections. The Left had to work very hard to steal this election and that's how they got caught. In an election where it's 51% to 49%, the amount of cheating is easily hidden or explained away. But, when it's 70% to 30%, it's hard to explain a 141% total voter turnout. That's pretty much what happened.

Malcom X said it first, "Ballots or Bullets."

That's it in a very nicely sculptured nutshell. I'm sure WI isn't the only state that - for quite awhile - will get colored 'blue' on the maps that illiterate "network kids with krayons" prepare, just because of the results from 2 cities. 3x R Gov., current bi-cameral R legislature and Trump once and Trump stolen... the truth is in states like that, only in someone's fantasy are there clean lines along which to divide. The algorithm wasn't going to do the job so "Midnight Special" USB stick to the rescue. And some people in those cities are alive only because it's against the law to shoot them. That damned civility thing again.

Let’s do a quick survey. How many current Silicon Valley Tech companies like FB, Twatter, and Goodle, have their own space program and can launch their own or other private communications satellites into orbit?

Gee, I don’t even think Amazing.com (Ama7_0n) can do that?

P.S. Not that I’d want to give that much power to Musk, but he could.

Well, he is a South African and has seen what has happened in his country of birth. I like him so far, but he hasn't challenged the Green New Deal proponents to answer where the electricity for his electric cars is going to come from. He's smart, he knows that solar and wind will not work. He knows the answers, he just hasn't asked the questions yet. I'm neutral on him at the moment.

I’ve been telling people who are concerned to focus on real world relationships with people in their geographical area.
Develop those relationships and learn who is trustworthy/competent.

Enough connection remains to disseminate truthful information over larger distances.
The answer to this centralized power grab is decentralization of the people.

Big tech and the left can cover their eyes and plug their ears all they want.
The common ideas and belief systems which they so abhor will remain.
