Dusty went to Vahalla after a long battle with cancer. He was a guitarist/blues man and I was able to hear him play 1 time about a year ago. He will be missed.

No! Not Dusty. I'm so sorry to see this. His wit was sharp, as well as funny, and I've missed his posts for quite a while. This explains it.

Geez, I don't know how I missed this. (Hell, it's only been almost a year.) I saw this and couldn't believe it. I'm thinking "Our Dusty? You mean the great guy I used to tease about where all of the deer were hiding?" No wonder I haven't seen his posts in so long.

I think I still have a "Heaters" album in my collection. I remember jamming with him a couple times including a gig at Bennigen's back in the mid-80s.

I am deeply saddened at this news Dusty. Valhalla is richer and I can look forward to hearing your music again one day!

I guess that explains why he didn't answer my PMs inquiring how he is? Good thing that I have a post-stroke follow-up appointment with the neurologist next month. Now I have something to discuss.

Guess that's better than if he had replied to my PMs???? In that case I would need to change the appointment to one with a priest??
