Clintons' Charity Not Listed On Senate Disclosure Forms
Golly- Gee something else overlooked. Anyone remember all the other crap she has overlooked?
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...referrer=email BMT |
Wow
I'm shocked that she would be deceptive!!
|
Oh, I just can't believe that Hilary hasn't been forthright and truthful!
BMT you are a hound dog! You seem to sniff this "interesting information" out the minute it hits the news wires (or before). |
Um, wasn't there some kind of Real Estate thing, uh, Whitewater, or something like that? And some odd legal stuff at her law firm? Or was that just my imagination playing tricks on me?
|
And I thought that attorneys were taught to double check everything, to dot every I and cross every T!

According to her spin doctors it is nothing more than a mere oversight. It is amazing that someone as smart as the Clinton's can be so damned forgetful at times. What is truly amazing is that their memories only crap out when it benefits them directly.

Failure to disclose
She failed to disclose a pertinent involvment with a foundation, she and her husbund were able to write off over $5 million in taxable income, but just amending the documents was good enough for the Clinton camp ?
In my industry, I would have been packing up my personal belongings once the SEC and our compliance officer discovered the "over sight" Failure to disclose out side activities that involve financial doings, foundations, Charities, etc is cause for dismissal and a bad U-5 report upon departure from the firm. Only the Clintons can get away with this shit, and you and I have to suffer consequences. I believe the Clintons are the current generations "Sacred Cows" from Camelot. |
Can't be from Camelot. Bill Clinton can't fight (joust); he can only screw!

So they "seeded" the charity with over $5 million, they've written off over $5 million in taxes, and the charity has only dispersed $1.25 million? I wonder what the "operating costs" for their charity is, percentage-wise?
|
I wonder if I could open a savings account..oh I mean charity of course!..... to serve the "people." ;) and make a little money on the side, by not getting taxed to death
|
Good Catch !!

I'd be interested in where the remaining moneys are ? Are they invested with an Investment advisory service? sitting in an interest bearing account with checking and debit card privileges ? If not invested, and now by the complete approval a board of trustees, then they are simply crooks and stealing this money. If there any wonder why it was not disclosed ? In this case, it seem the Clintons should be further examined for tax fraud. |
...and we're surprised why?
|
I am not surprised that they would try it, but it does strike me as curious that two alleged attorneys would not see the peril in claiming charitable donations which did not occur.
Of course, after Whitewater, the Rose Law Firm billing, and Hillary's miraculous profits in livestock trading, perhaps they really do believe that they are above the law. It does astound me that the biggest proponents of higher taxes, income redistribution, socialism, entitlement programs, and class warfare, like the Klintons and John Edwards (who IIRC established himself as an S Corp to shield his income from taxes so that he could build a palatial estate) seem to be the quickest to make dubiously legal efforts to dodge their current obligations and who are the least willing to pay what they really owe, despite their riches.  TR |

Did they take a memory improvement course or have repressed memories? TR |

It pays quite well apparently. Bill the victim, has raked in $40 million dollars on the rubber chicken circuit and with his book, while Hillary made several million more with her fictional bio. We should all be so lucky. |
Clintons
Quote:
The Clintons have alway's been crooks. Just look back into the White Water scandal, Rose law firms billing practices and you'll see that they have been smart enough all this time and in years before with such venture. White Water was clear example of puchasing property that is already doomed to fail, hence the ability write off that loss, and recieve a even lower adjusted income level on to which they paid taxes for that year. on their taxes for the said year of the tax return. This is legal, but getting caught taking an income stream from White Water properties is where they where breaking the law. In other words, the property did have a positive cash flow, but then deducting that property as a total loss for their tax statements for year end is a clear practice of tax fraud. In a shorter version of my writing, it's the write off of that investment, but with income steam, it's not a total write off. And let's not forget, the charity did not disperse its income and inflow of donations. They should be forced to turn over all documents, financial and non financial. Naricisstic personalities are defined by "Having a false sense of ones self with behaviors to match those false impressions of ones self" The ole "Her shit dosen't stink" attitude that is recognized in the DMSR under mental instability, and or dellusions of one own self. This should not be a surprise to any of us. Both Hillary and Bill Clinton are scrupulous people with little in the way of charachter or any other common virtues that are common with bus drivers, mechanic, plumber, or any other occupation that requires one to be humble enough to get dirty. As my father alway's said "Work begets work" and "Hard Work never killed anyone" When was the last time we ever saw Hillar Clinton doing some gardening ? This would require her to actually get down on her knees, which is something that has never done. Not for Bill, not for the Lord during praying. This tells us something of her charachter and it is a sign of Elitism, and the lack of being humble. Virtues escpape the Clintons, it's never been mentioned to them so why should you or I think that Hillary would humble herself before the Lord during her prayer schedule. If she actually has a prayer schedule. They dont believe in the ressurection anyway, so why should you or I expect them to humble themselves before any diety ? Bill was an anomoly of sorts in that he was a hillbilly punk kid born to an alcoholic mother, and with no father. They both did in fact live in a trailor for some time and Bill was alway's in trouble with the law at the ages of 13-18. The anomoly is that he actually got into Harvard and became a Rhodes Scholar. Herein lies the problem. The old saying "You can take a boy out of the woods but you cant take woods out the boy" In Bill Clintons case, would read "You can take the man to the white house, but the house will begin to remind us of the boy from the woods" Narsacistic personalities are common and I'm sure most know a few or more of them. Narsacists are unaware of their true selves, often trying to bridge the gap between their percieved importance and the cruel reality of what they really are. Like that girl in highschool who's parents didn't want you anywhere near her, and she winds up being in drug rehab at the age of 25, then 30, then again at 40. Never having a career, quit college because it actually meant having to work without their mothers answering all the questions on their homework. They've been given so much that they haven't the interpersonal skills and virtues to relize that they have to take their lives them selves. Its the narcisitic behaviour that ails them. Some told them that they are "special"and they have never eshewed that feeling with the virture of humblness. Clintons are scary people. They are socialist to the core, and they insist that the American Flag should be recognized for something other than it is . Bill Clinton actually pulled two terms in office as the POTUS. I'm everyday wondering if Bill Maher is right in when he say's the country if full of "Grass Eaters with little or no education to get them off the ground. Anybody with half a brain and some education history and the Bill of Rights, CONUS, Federalist papers, etc understands the critical nature of the infringments on our rights, and it's not just the 2nd Amendment, but all of them. I live in Kentucky, and I adore my Commonwealth, but just south of here about an hour and I'll find you thousands of citizens that can not name one single Amendment to the CONUS, let alone recite from memory. Thats sad, and very pitiful. Unfortunatley these people have a right to vote. How can one vote on any type of legislature when they do not even know if it will or will not infringe the peoples right . The 2nd Amendment seems to be the one they know because they saw something on 60 Minutes that said that guns were the reason that people kill people. If your occupation is limited to watching Jeapary, or Entertainment Tonight, then I'm afraid we have a large populous of citizens that should abstain from the vote. I have alway's said that in order to register to vote a test should be carried out and passed. This test would include questions regarding the Civil liberties, the CONUS, and some basic history of presidents. If you cant name the first President and know that the term "Freedom Of Speach" is directed to the 1st Amendment, then your just shit out of luck to vote. This would surely keep the illegals from voting. I'd be willing to bet they would never pass such an exam. Theres one way to solve the "No Identification" scheme by the liberals. |
Those on the left claim to be the best educated and most knowledgeable. Yet they rely on vast numbers of uneducated and uninformed to keep them in power. As long as they keep telling the masses that they are there to make sure the wealth is shared more equally, they will have voters.
