Interesting magazine, how many rounds does it hold?
All the Galil and Gali lderivitaves i have seen/used use an arced mag, similar to the AK47. Hoepoe |
That appears to be the 7.62x51 version, and the long mag would be 25 round capacity.

Since it's based on the AK series of weapons, it has their ability to fire when cruddy dirty. In fact, many of the IDF Galil's I saw in Tel Aviv demonstrated the soldier's confidence at being able to fire without a cleaning.
