Seem to me the seizure in this case was seizure of the person, Torres. Said nothing about property! Seizure of her firearms.

I could never understand gun regulations, especially when they say they want to curb the gun violence in this country. Gun control has never stopped criminals from obtaining illegal weapons, it does not stop crime, and it does not stop the daily killings in those crime infested cities. It's never stopped gun violence in Chicago, Baltimore, Memphis, NYC, Oakland, Detroit....and on and on. The only thing they want to do is stomp on the basic rights of law abiding citizens and make it harder for you and I to protect ourselves. It's maddening, they are absolutely trying to shred our 2nd Amendment Rights. Who are the Fascists' now; our own Government.
