I don't think I've got the "cause and effect" reversed. I wholly back Trump and what he's done...just wish he'd stay off the twitter, and not get in his own way. I'm just thinking out loud. But, totally agree about the convention...it'll give Trump all the ammo he'll need going into the election.

Biden can absolutely beat Trump in the 2020 General.

He could have a stroke on the podium, piss his pants, and fall into the front row - the DNC media would accuse Trump of staging the event and Jedi-Hand-Wave the incident as nothing more complicated than a bit of dehydration - this isn't the crazy old man you are looking for, go vote for Joe Biden.

I expect Joe Biden to do the same thing that McCain did in 2008 - he's going to find a novelty running mate to pander to the diversity voters and he will continue forward stumbling over his own lips every step of the way while the establishment tries their best to keep their candidate from tripping and falling off the stage.

Look at historical voting trends over the last 30 or so years. The entire east coast has voted blue since 1992. That's 74 electoral votes that Joe Biden can already put in the bank. Chicago's population has helped turn Illinois votes blue since 92' and Massachusetts has only voted red twice since the 1950's so there's another 20 for Uncle Joe. He only has to pander to Seattle, Portland, Boston, Chicago, and a few big cities in California and he is already over 100 votes in his quest for 270. Minnesota voted for Nixon in 72 - otherwise, they have been all blue since the late 50s.
...and now Uncle Joe is up to 115.

Pennsylvania went red for Trump and needs to STAY red - but they have only gone red 5 or 6 times since the mid-1930's - President Trump can piss those votes away if he isnt careful - the same goes for Michigan and Wisconsin - those could flip if he upsets the balance.

Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont - ALL of them have voted blue since the 88/92 time frame and DC has NEVER voted red - So that puts the free chicken count at 163 electoral votes that the DNC shitbirds can already put in the "win" column unless something REALLY drastic happens.

The Clinton's, aL g0re, Herman Munster, Dukakis, Carter, and even McGovern have been able to "offer" a few of these states the hope of unbridled presidential bliss for generations and will probably be able to keep a few of those states blue for the foreseeable future because to some people the inside of a fresh cow patty is warm and comfortable as long as its "Blue" on the outside.

Joe Biden isn't any better or worse than any other of these clowns offered up as saviors so people will vote for him because their democratic masters told them so. Unlce Joe is a side show and it doesn't seem to bother ANYONE on the left side of the aisle.
...he probably even appeals to a great number of RINO's that are just smart enough to keep their mouth shut about maintaining the status quo in DC. Now - pair Uncle Joe up with a well rehearsed method actor that can fool everyone into thinking that they would make a good president while Joe is out sniffing hair, and you have a new democrat in the White House.

Donald Trump has a LOT of work to do in order to keep the job and for every person that thinks he already has a lock on 2020, there are at least 3 more big city liberals wiping off their fake ID cards so they can score a few extra votes for the party.

That was my thought. Show a bunch of old video clips with him and Obama showing him to be the true heir apparent of that presidency...and have a running mate that can bring in all the fence sitters. I'm afraid Trump may have an uphill fight when it's time to hit the trail....but then again, no one expected him to win the first time.

This thread started with a possible outcome based on open source information and assessment of the DNC with action it was engaged in to secure the DNC goal of total government dominance, both the house's and the Presidency.

The DNC loaded the election committee, consolidated the field, and PR'ed the desired outcome, kill Bernie. For sure they are counting all the dead to vote and are marshaling all resources to defeat Trump.

What we have seen is the total new narrative of HRC. The PR machine hitting every Talk show, being quoted in the press, and just this week the release on HULU the Bio smoke/smooze.

Meanwhile, Holder is busy Turning/collecting the lower court judge appointees IOU out, just today a federal judge (D appointed) criticized CJ Roberts. It was unprecedented that a lower court justice acted in this manner.

I reluctantly, agree with BOX, Trump loses in this Global conflict/war at home and abroad, if he weathers this assault, Legend status for sure. If he does not, imo, we are finished as a republic unless we are willing to confront the coming assault on our collective rights that is sure to come. As Progressive will institute the VA model immediately on Guns and the Cali model of collective voting nationally.
