Informed consent statements that all subjects sign are clear regarding the risk but research centers are having no problem filling slots, even in “normal healthy” studies where it was decided to stop paying the volunteers on the premise that its unethical to pay for increased risk.

In Brussels they asked for 48 volunteers via advertisement, stated that animal testing had been skipped, and no pay for a 7 day in-house stay and they cut off enrollment after >400 people volunteered in the first hour.

PA had a big jump in cases today... Not surprising as more testing occurs. Trend thus far has been creep outward from the major metro areas of the East and the West to include those areas that are bedroom communities to major metro areas in adjoining states.
