OK, my review.

I am having my second tasting of the stuff right now. Again, on the rocks, which may be imperfect from a tasting standpoint, but it is how I like to drink it. So I don't care if my technique sucks.

Very smooth, very little burn, smoky sweet. It is very good, but it is not my favorite. In fact, I think I like Blanton's, Elijah Craig and JD Single Barrel better. But that is not from a side-by-side test.

We need an event at which a side-by-side is done by several of us.

Sounds like an interesting event, perhaps a designated driver might be in order :D

Perhaps. Or adequate crashing arrangements. I will guarantee this: no good alcohol will be poured down the drain! :D

I had a chance to sample some about two weeks ago when the boss decided to invite me to a club where self-important people pay a lot of money to exclude the riff-raff and therefore feel even more self-important. Since it was his dime, I gladly spent the $20 they were charging for the shot when I noticed it behind the bar.

This is easily one of the smoothest bourbons I've ever tasted. I enjoyed it so much, I spent another $20 of his money to ensure consistancy :D
