Duly noted! I do not look to be doing a lot of spelling over there ;).

Make sure you have a good translator.
Remember, there aren't subtitles underneath the bloody Scots like you see in movies.

And don't rely on Siri to help you either ...

Am headed to Scotland soon for 16 days. Will be attending the Military Tattoo in Edinburgh then some Highland Games in Dunoon. Will be travelling by train, tram, ferry, taxi and rental car. We will be making a big loop taking in Falkirk, Stirling, Inverness, Aberdeen, and various other towns ending up back in Edinburgh. For those of you who have been there was there anything you saw or did that would be on your must see or do list?

Stirling is definitely a lovely city to visit. There is the National William Wallace Monument there as well as Stirling Castle. I went there in December, so naturally it was freezing cold (and also a notoriously windy day). Still had a great time!

The National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh is great, as is Kelvingrove Art Museum in Glasgow, if you enjoy those kinds of things.

Also, make sure you try Haggis, Neeps, and Tatties! DELICIOUS and hearty! :lifter
