Yes, in Tucson. In LA we bought it at Smart & Final. Recently, we were camping near the YPG and went to S&F in Yuma, but they were out of the mozz, of course. We'll find some eventually, but the search has led me to try other cheeses that I had not considered. I'm trying to stay kind of, sort of, American traditional. I'm not interested in the CA "anything on flat bread is pizza" thing.
@Sonofagunny: Near Clark Dry Lake, near Anza-Borrego, CA, there is a dispersed camping site that has one of those Cob ovens that someone built. We've never camped at that particular site because it's too close to other people. :eek:
