I propose a National Range Day on the 21st of January.
The US public arsenal brought to bear for a national day of training.

The more things change, the more they stay the same way....

The national press was almost unanimous in condemning the action of the GIs.
Only the state has a legitimate claim to using violence as a means of effecting change. Seems pretty clear the in the eyes of the MSM the GI's should have allowed the political machine to do as it saw fit.

Not a good day! How fast will libtards tie MLK (killed by a gun) to your racist, bigoted, hateful, gun-crazed "National Range Day?"

What's your point? Is Inauguration Day bad timing or am I not all of those things DHS tells me that I am.

This is not a fully formed presentation, but it has occurred to me, that the assault on the 2nd amendment, by the media is successful, because the warriors here and elsewhere, fail to understand the battle space that this engagement is being fought in, and has failed to embrace, learn, and employ the medium in which this confrontation exist: Social Media. It is what elected, and will continue to elect, the very liberal representative, Senator, Governor, and President. They understand, embrace, and employ social media, in fact, social media is a social activist dream.

The response at the Bundy Ranch to the Feds over reach came very close to providing a flash point. :munchin

I think that incident provided a template to a form of valid civil disobedience which may serve well in the future. Also, I think the government showed good use of discretion and de-escalation skills. Sadly those two options seem lacking in many LE cultures these days.

This offers a good synopsis of the events in Athens, TN, in 1946.

I've no doubt the feds were monitoring the internet and saw the anger growing.

Had they stayed there would have been a shootout and the feds would have lost. Then, all hell would have broken loose.

#1 Step in any revolution, show the people that the current government is not in charge.

It's happening right now in Baltimore... the local government is "not" in charge.

That is exactly correct. The only reason BLM and the feds backed off was because of the bad optics that situation would have created. The plan is exactly as you have indicated TS. It has begun...boiling frogs!
