I am from LA, we cook crawfish, mainly. Where everyone else has a BBQ, we usually do crawfish and/or catfish. A "Pig Picken" is a new thing to me. I would not begin to understand where to start to effect one.
*No PETA here, just a sherrif, a .50 BMG machine-gun mounted on "the War Wagon", and a private army of "volunteers" to "Fight radical Islamic terrorists in our area". We tend to go to the opposite extreme from the left-coaster's.
