I would run around base yelling..."Take their oil, these are the SOBs responsible for slavery." However, I'd probably get fired and can no longer contribute to the stimulus funding...;)

IMHO, there are important conversations to be had about the role racism has played and continues to play in America but this proposal is a road map leading in the wrong direction.

Reparation and % of black DNA to qualify, has not been defined, but having a partner in life with 31% Mali, 26% native (Indigenous), we are all in on the $5 million per individual payment.

This is in jest, but there is no doubt there will be thousands claiming heritage and showing newly printed documentation of group adherence.

Edit to add: Puerto Ricans would own this as the island was a transfer point of the slave trade, where many found solice in the arms of the native populance.

They will do it then switch to a digital currency a few months later and that 5 million will be worthless and it will be laid to rest that they paid Reparations.

(How did they know that was going to happen, what difference does it make at this time anyway.)
