Thinking about publishing? [There are some very PROLIFIC writers on this site]

The Self Publishing Manual was THE guide that helped me start from ground zero knowledge of publishing to the production of GET SELECTED. From conception, design, editing, printing, distribution and marketiing...this guide takes you through the wikets which actual details and recommendatons...like how to write a complete request for quotation and what to look for n a quality printer. The details are well worth it...even has a complete publishing calendar for what you should be doing at each step of the process.

Great stuff. Dan has tons of good FREE references on his web site as well.

Free video from youtube as well.

Good information, but to answer your question I would rather stick my finger in my eye. :D I hate to write and I have nothing of value to provide that anyone would want to read. I admire anyone like yourself that has the ability to do that. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Sir.

You may be cheating yourself. The hardest part is writing the outline-which is just research. Once that's done...anyone can write a book.

In fact, if you can't type (or are slow like me), you can record it and use web sites to convert your tapes to text. (www.idictate.com is one I'm thinking about using next time).

It is a shame you do not like to write, Sir. Not only do you have fascinating stories, you write extremely well and always have an anecdote to share. Personally I find your stories to be the most well written and interesting reads on the www, and that is no BS.

Maybe some day you will reconsider.

Col M,

I think what the troops are trying to say is that it doesn’t take an Einstein to figure out after reading your posts on this website that you possess a talent to write and write well. ;)

COL M,
We seem to have reached a heartbreaking consensus, we have decided in this one case, you are wrong.

Please keep writing, you will inspire and teach the new young QPs, NCO's and Officers alike. If they can glean one tenth of what you have to say, they will become outstanding soldiers.
