Turtles Can Fly

Just finished watching this movie. According to the credits this is one of the first movies to be shot in Iraq after the fall of Saddam.

It is about the lives of the Kurd refugees. The movie focuses on the children and how they disarm and sell mines for money. It's a painful blend of abuses and perpetual hope. Tough to watch, but worth it.
