Fully available online, complete with maps and illustrations. I for one appreciate the maps because it gives the reader more of a sense of the terrain rather than a description alone (which I find annoying).

Bought mine in 1985. Definitely recommend it and you are correct that the maps and illustrations are well done as are the photographs.

Good recommendation.

Wouldn't you think that a paperback book would be considered softcopy?
