Quiet Professionals,

I thank you for your help in the past and am hoping you might help again. This past weekend I picked up two uniforms together from the same guy, but from a surplus shop. One pattern I know, but the other I don't know anything about.

My question is if anyone was ever issued this pattern for trialing? It is from a company called 'Ranger' and is made in the USA. Please see the attached picture.

It is a very odd looking one for sure. Honestly if it hadn't come with the other uniform, I'd have not bothered with it.
