Anyone here know this guy??

http://industrialbodyworksllc.com/aboutus.html

JB is a heck of a guy and I love to go to his gym. He really pushes me and is helping get this fat body back to where it used to be. Biggest mistake of my life, I stopped doing PT after I ETS.

Runs to the hot dog plant down the street.

Gotta love the Carolina Packers Bright Leaf Red Hot Dogs.

Spotmedic he rides them some but they stay in the gym alot of the time.

Reaper you know the area well I see! The best hot dogs ever made there. I don't think JB eats many though. The guy is a beast and just great to work with. If you are back up this way Reaper give me a shout and we can partake in the reddness of a dog.
