"The Purge" in Louisville, KY.

http://www.wkyt.com/home/headlines/L...l?device=phone

Rumour of a night filled with crime has Louisville PD on high alert. In the last 30 min scanner has calls of armed home invasion and multiple large fights.

Louisville is a dangerous place in normal times.

Especially if you look like you don't belong there.

Yes sir it is. I listened to the scanner for a couple of hours last night. A lot of false calls. That in itself was enough to piss me off. There PD has enough on there plate. They certainly don't need to be tied up on false calls.
