It is a post-'86 automatic weapon.

It can only be transferred to a Class 3 dealer who needs a sample. He cannot transfer it to an individual, only to another dealer or a department.

The suppressor would be fine for a regular NFA transfer.

Kind of odd though, I have never seen the Feds transfer any Class 3 items.

Looks like they're county property, originally bought for the Sheriff's department (not the feds).
