Passing of Rex Akin
Rex Akin passed away on Saturday, 29 June, while on duty as a Senior Texas State Trooper. He was an 18C in B/2/12 and went through the Q Course at the age of 42. He was very well known for being in extremely good shape and routinely scored in the 350 range on the extended scale APFT. He also served in Viet Nam as an MP.
