New Horrigan Kitchen Knives
John Horrigan sent me these pics, so I thought I would share.
He said this is 3 layer forged steel, sorry but forgot to ask the steel types.

I see I'll have to call John. I spoke to him about a week ago and he was headed to Little Rock for a show. His stuff is damn nice if you are fortunate enough to get your hands on it/get on the waiting list.

I went skydiving in TX a few years ago. Bob's picture was on the wall. I asked about it, since I knew him.
We talked, laughed, cried, and went skydiving. Really nice guy.
I think I need some new knives.
