you have got to see this!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnlPgo9TaGo

trailer for a movie "act of valor" to be released in 2012

here is the synopsis:

When the rescue of a kidnapped CIA operative leads to the discovery of a deadly terrorist plot against the U.S., a team of SEALs is dispatched on a worldwide manhunt. As the valiant men of Bandito Platoon race to stop a coordinated attack that could kill and wound thousands of American civilians, they must balance their commitment to country, team and their families back home.

'Act of Valor' uses active duty U.S. Navy Seals as actors. The characters they play are fictional, but the weapons and tactics used are real.

'Act of Valor' hits theaters February 17, 2012

i am amazed how it is possible to get active duty SEALs to play characters in the movie.

Will Obama portray himself, agonizing over the ballsy decision to snipe the skinny pirates?

TTP, much? Nah...

The SEALs are probably conning the production staff into addressing their "wouldn't it be fun if..." wish-list. Hollywood would never get wise to them, either.

Watch 2012 be the year of the Navy SEAL movies.

Looks to be potentially better than this classic ...

Will Demi Moore and Bruce Willis make cameos?

Then PTSD sets in and it's all down hill...

Does "Hollyweird" have a "Veterans' Administration" for actors/actresses who star in millitary movies and are so traumatized by the experience that they later get "PTaSD" (Post-Traumatic acting Stress Disorder), ala the example in JJ's hilarious post?

If not, maybe they should.
