Glock 17 & 24 (.40 cal)

The first is a very lightly used Glock 24 (.40 cal). This has the Tru-dot adjustable night-sights on it, extended slide/mag releases, w/standard factory trigger in it.

The second is Glock 17 (9mm). Looking @ $450 each.

Stay safe.

I believe it's Gen 3, 3-4k rounds, 3.5ld trigger w/polished contacts, extended mag release and well taken care of since I've been OCONUS.

Stay safe.

What is the difference between the G34 and this 24C. I carried the G34 for years and loved it. Doesn't the G17 L/S have ported barrels? Now I am confused?

I'm sorry Guy, I ment the G34 which is also a longer slider too in .40cal. This is what is confusing to me. Why have both. Both the G34 (9mm) and G36 (.40cal) were called the "Tactical/Practical Pistols" meaning both could be used for competition from what they had called them in their Glock magazines. Or behind door number 3 I need my medication?

MAB32: The original long-slides (17L 9mm and 24/24C .40) are some pretty awesome examples. The only reason the G34/35 came about was because the 1911-crowd gamers got nervous, so they created "the box" of a dimension that discriminated whether or not a certain gun was "eligible" in their events of not. So Glock trimmed down their longslides to make the 34/35, which are excellent guns in their own right.

However, the true long-slides only get a production run once every 3rd blue moon and a limited number at that. Numbers of National Championships won by Armando Valdes and his G24; might have to count the 'Yard way - "One, two, many..."

Bottom Line at the Bottom:
QP Guy's offering is a phenomenal opportunity if you ever wanted to add a long-slide to your kit.

$450 for a 24 is a steal. They're over 7 new.

I love my 17L and my 34, beautiful pistols. 5k rounds or more through each, and still no malfunction.
