How LDS mission affected SF career

Good evening.

I am 18 years old and am going to serve a LDS mission latter this year. when i return after two years i plan to enlist (possibly 18x) and make my way into the Special Forces. I have a strong desire to serve my Lord and the USA.

I was wondering if anybody could relate to me how serving an LDS mission has affected your or another's SF career.

Thanks to all.

Just read the board for a couple of weeks before you make your next post.

Read - Read some more. Don't ask any more questions for a long time.

Consider it your "current mission" to read more and post less...........

I'll play Santa on this one as I've had two LDS Soldiers in my company...one of which was on my team. They performed the same as my Baptists, the Catholics, the Presbyterians, and my atheists. Pagens though always had the best liquor.
