Need suggestions: Non standard Battlefield Comms

I need to outfit my team with non-standard military issue battlefield comms setups, IE: ICOMS, etc... with under helmet headsets with boom mics. I have a fairly large budget for this project and am open to suggestions of things that can be procured in under 30 days. Thanks for the help.

do you need secure (cci) type radios? and, if so, what is the minimum level of encryption authorized? the headsets and ptt's suggested would be fine. however, if you want something a little more low profile, harris makes some headsets that are nice. but, the radios may be another issue depending on what you require.

edit:
ef johnson or motorla sabers are options for low level encryption secure comms
