1927A1 Thompson, 50 rd drum in violin case raffle for SF wounded & families

SFA chapter 85 has been exhibiting the M1919A4 .30 cal belt fed on heavy duty tripod for several months at gun shows in Florida--bigest objection to this raffle is the weapon is too big, with "Professional Soldiers" help we have sold over 2,000 tickets-so the gun is paid for and will be raffled july 11 at the SFA convention in Las Vegas----thanks to all who purchased tickets so far, and hope more will buy tickets. We purchased the .45 cal 1927 A1 Thompson last month, it has a 30 round stick magazine and a 50 round drum mag, also brand new and also semi-auto so it is legal in most states, it comes with a Thompson case and also custom violin case, tickets are also $5 and the drawing will be at the West Palm Beach gun show Dec 20, 2009. For a third raffle we just started, Marriot has given a certificate for a three day two night stay at the Orlando World Center Marriot (Wounded Warrior hotel), with two breakfasts and $200 spending money, tickets also $5, drawing July 11 at SFA's Las Vegas convention, hotel certificate is valid thru Dec 2011. To purchase tickets for any of the three raffles, send check to John Witherspoon, P.O. box 545, Palm Beach, Fl. 33480. NOTE to all SFA members vote for Ch 85, 74,94,21 etc to sponsor the 2011 SFA convention in Orlando at the World Center Marriot. Thanks Jim McCarthy, Chapter 85
