Slip2000

Has anyone on this board tried any of the products from this company.
http://www.slip2000.com/
They sell cleaners and lubricants, and well as carbon and copper cutting solutions.
They seem to get rave reviews on many of the gun boards, however they are a sponsor to some of those; therefore, it will be interesting to see what the opinion of this board is.

I used it during a recent carbine class, and it seemed to work fine but didn't strike me as anything special.

It works, it cleans... I use it, but not exclusively...
Will I buy it when this current batch is used up? Yeah... I will.

Slip 2000 products

I've used the "regular" Slip 2000 and Slip 2000 EWL (extreme weapons lube) and they seemed to do a good job.

Their "Carbon Cutter" (might now be called "Carbon Killer") works well to get carbon off the bolt/bolt carrier group of an AR, or to clean carbon off the cylinder of a stainless steel revolver.

The Carbon killer is great but will strip your weapon of all and any lubrication. Just make sure you lube it up real well afterwards. It kind of reminds of Simple Green.

Everybody note: Aerovac has already been advised to make a post in the introductions thread. There is no need for members to pile on here and point out this oversight.
