Horsemen Training Program Successor?
Hey Guys-
I'm doing the Horsemen Training Program for a third time and am wondering if there's any workout that will challenge me further in this kind of fitness? I've been thinking of moving toward German Volume Training in the morning and repeating the Horsemen at night. By the way, I'm doing 1x BW military press, 3x BW DL, 1.5x BW bench, and still running 3 miles in ~22 minutes. Should I amp the weight on the program or should I add something new in?
