Interesting sites, I will check them out.

Flying under the radar while immigration and Islam run a muk, are things like the Equality Act (H.R. 5), which is intended to codify the normalization of more freakish behaviors, while at the same time further trample our long held traditions, and scientific study, that women are women and men are men.

https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-...se-bill/5/text

At this rate it is only a matter of time before members of NAMBLA are added to an Equality Act, the sexual predator registry is considered discriminatory, that Christians and Christianity are considered a mental disorder and added to the DSM.

Democrats/Socialists continue to push this country to the brink. A short list of things I've read this morning:
The US House Democrats continuing to do nothing but push for impeachment of the President, refusing to even consider any legislation to move the country forward. State Governments changing laws to enable them to go after the President, his family and his associates, changing laws that allow them to prosecute people pardoned by the President. State Prosecutors investigating the President, his family and associates.
State/County/Local governments refusing to enforce laws, refusing in some cases to allow police to arrest lawbreakers who have been caught in the act.

It seems the progressive socialists are determined to find out how much the good citizens of this country will endure before we invoke a new Declaration of Independence and take up arms against a tyrannical government.

Sad, very sad that the downward trajectory continues without much push back from the dead elephant party.

The only 'progression' a socialist makes is to full-on tyranny. Like the Scorpion, "it's what I do."

Anyone doubting that should remember that this is an example of how invested they were in the crowning & investiture of HRC. They were pissed that they misread America, and they got really pissed when it was pointed out to them. Entreaties on paper beforehand (as in the DoI) will have no effect. They will not stop of their own volition. The more traditional ones determined to act civilly at demonstrations or conferences for [whatever] who tolerate being assaulted & opt to simply peaceably make a police report & get interviewed by Breitbart need to re-think what they're doing. I'd like to see a few more news taglines like "Leftist thug initiates violence, gets beaten to the ground for their trouble."

I'm sorry but I have to agree with you. The Democrats are NOT trying to do anything for the USA.
Sadly, the Republicans are clueless and just letting them go down this path.

My personal opinion, is that Trump slowed the rate of descent but cannot do anything to stop it.

Our government is a reflection of the character of the people, not the cause.
Hearts and minds must be changed first, changes in government follow that.

“I agree to this Constitution with all its faults, if they are such: because I think a General Government necessary for us, and there is no Form of Government but what may be a Blessing to the People if well-administred; and I believe farther that this is likely to be well administred for a Course of Years and can only end in Despotism as other Forms have done before it, when the People shall become so corrupted as to need Despotic Government, being incapable of any other.”
-Benjamin Franklin

Well, where do people think these politicians come from? They don't fall out of the sky. They don't pass through a membrane from another reality. They come from American parents and American families, American homes, American schools, American churches, American businesses and American universities, and they are elected by American citizens. This is the best we can do folks. This is what we have to offer. It's what our system produces: Garbage in, garbage out. If you have selfish, ignorant citizens, you're going to get selfish, ignorant leaders. Term limits ain't going to do any good; you're just going to end up with a brand new bunch of selfish, ignorant Americans. So, maybe, maybe, maybe, it's not the politicians who suck. Maybe something else sucks around here... like, the public. Yeah, the public sucks.

Americans are no different. Do people really thing that Nancy Pelosi and her ilk could thrive outside of government?

Current politicians can solve anything - but real problems.

When a water pipe in a house breaks...does the family stand around arguing, debating, and discussing what to do with the increasing water level...??? How high the water is getting? How high will it get? If we put down one towel will it help? Two towels? How about a sheet? What color is the water? Why would water do that? Does the water really seem more like soda? Will this leak really end in 12 years? Sounds like Congress.

No, the reasonably well adjusted average family fix/stop the fucking broken pipe and then immediately address cleaning up the water. Everyone (well -adjusted and not agenda driven) sees the obvious need and the obvious benefit.

Given that our politicians remain a necessary evil in our current civilization - we need pols who get that we need to fix the fucking broken pipe. It’s not that hard. Find a pol who gets that - is very hard.

But, in our current culture it seems that it is that hard and it is getting harder and harder to fix anything - we need 14 fucking opinions on the rising water’s quality, an affirmative action perspective, a diversity czar, and environmental impact statement, a legal opinion, and Al Sharpton’s blessing.

Obamacare...what a joke...”everyone’s covered”...well great...billions and billions spent and not millions and millions invested in creating a single additional medical professional. Much, much, more demand less and less supply...what’s that gonna get getcha?

If the current crop of democrat presidential candidates are the best example of the the very best folks to run the executive branch of the most powerful nation in the world...well...this incredible experiment with a Constitutional republic, individual freedom and free market capitalism is doomed.

George Carlin was a genius in his way of using simple stories to capture the essence of the human condition. We’ve had way too much garbage in...and we know what that produces.

The are selling a lie.
It's a lie that they, and most people believe.

The lie isn't that they will solve problems.
The lie isn't even that government can solve most problems.

The lie is: problems can be solved.

Most problems can't be solved.
They can only be traded for different problems.

Politicians won't say that because they want to sell "free" solutions.
All solutions require some sort of sacrifice.

Politicians don't speak this truth because the people don't want to hear it.

A prioritization of critical and solvable (ok manageable) problems can and should be addressed by our duly elected political elite. For example, we do not have a revenue problem...we have a spending problem. That spending problem is correctable with sound leadership. With a sound and stable budget/economy we as a nation still have the ability to attack other real problems. The subversives know this and misdirection and overtaxing the system is the rule of the day.

Simply stated, voters and taxpayers in this Constitutional republic have consented to voluntarily giving up some things in exchange for other things. However, the elected elite merely create more bread and circuses, more big problems being talked to death and going unaddressed - with obvious non-agenda driven actions for the good of the nation being ignored - hence you have discussions like this thread.

To borrow the “good shepherd” analogy from Box...good shepherds can, do and should tell the truth. We need more truth, more sacrifice, more courage and more action by our elected elite or the deterioration will continue and the writing is on the wall. Unless and until we get our collective poop in a group we get Crazy Nancy and the next flavor of the month distraction...more bread and circuses...and the descent continues.

Nancy Pelosi.

She is 79 years old, a career politician who has been in Wash. DC since 1987. The 12th richest person in Congress, and IMHO showing the early onset of Alzheimer's. WATCH THE NEWS SOUND BITES of her speaking.
