I can only imagine just how many countries, hactivists, etc are working on obtaining that info. We are way beyond civil and academic discussions.

Also, for those that haven't seen this in the news yet, here is the number one trending video on Facebook yesterday July 24, 2016 in reference to the KLINTON FOUNDATION.

Finally, someone is starting to put all the pieces of the puzzle together.

I just finished watching this video and I passed it on to my contacts. That was worth watching because it validifies the corruption we know exists by presenting believable evidence. Too many coincidences. Thank you for sharing.

Pleading "the Hillary"

Pleading the Hillary: Sailor asks for leniency by citing Clinton case

A US Navy sailor facing prison time over photos he took with his cellphone inside a nuclear attack submarine is pointing to the case of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton to ask for probation instead.

Petty Officer First Class Kristian Saucier, 29, will be sentenced this week in federal court, having pleaded guilty in May to “unlawful retention of national defense information,” a charge leveled against him under the 1917 Espionage Act, according to Politico.

[Saucier's attorney Derrick Hogan] “In our case, Mr. Saucier possessed six (6) photographs classified as 'confidential/restricted,' far less than Clinton's 110 emails,” Hogan wrote in a filing to the federal judge in Bridgeport, Connecticut. “It will be unjust and unfair for Mr. Saucier to receive any sentence other than probation for a crime those more powerful than him will likely avoid.”
...
Another sailor, Navy Reserve engineer Bryan H. Nishimura, was sentenced in 2015 to two years’ probation and a $7,500 fine for possession of classified documents on personal devices after his 2007-2008 deployment in Afghanistan.

Clinton, on the other hand, avoided punishment altogether for what Comey described as “extremely careless” handling of sensitive government messages.

"Confidential" vs. "TS-SCI"

what difference does it make? Right?

Setting the bar so low for "leadership" yields the entirely predictable unintended consequences. We as a nation - especially the political elites - are shiting where we eat...instead of making an example of her...or, her falling on her own sword...this shameless excuse for a leader may become the next president of the United States...

I find this incredibly hard to believe. Incredibly hard!

Check out this article from USA TODAY:

Clinton told FBI she had no training on how to handle classified documents

http://usat.ly/2bWbajX

In 28 odd years as FLOTUS, Senator, and Secretary of State she never received formal training or annual mandatory refresher training on the handling, storage, and destruction of classified documents and information.

I call BS!!!

What is the classified version of the FBI's investigation?

Did they have sensitive sources and methods involved in the investigation? Seems hard to believe. This was an investigation of mishandling classified material. What would be sensitive about the investigative results?

Seems that an investigative file shouldn't be classified.

"We investigated - we found classified material in the emails - we detailed the damage from the potential release of this information in a separate classified damage assessment - here are the results of the investigation (investigator's notes, interviews, technical notes)"

Why is the investigation itself classified?

Perhaps the press just misunderstood and the material released to congress includes more than just the investigative material. Or maybe they are using the classification stamp on material they would rather not see the light of day.

Taking off my tin foil hat now...

Is anyone else seeing the Watergate-like situation, but little media scrutiny? If this was a Republican candidate, he/she would already have been tried, convicted, and nailed to a cross.

Hiltlery was on a legal team during those hearings, but she must have missed the part about abuse of power and the cover-up being the real crime, before she was fired.

Or maybe she took it to heart and learned a different lesson.

"All this was inspired by the principle—which is quite true within itself—that in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation. For the grossly impudent lie always leaves traces behind it, even after it has been nailed down, a fact which is known to all expert liars in this world and to all who conspire together in the art of lying."
— Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, vol. I, ch. X

From an Office of Strategic Services report in describing Hitler's psychological profile:

"His primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it."

Hmm.

Regardless of how one feels about The Egregious Lying & Criminal Enterprise Known as The Clintons...
Specific investigative notes might be if they asked her about a specific codeword program, even the short-title of which would be classified. However, from what I've been able to deduce, the interview was conducted by SA's who weren't even cleared for the level of material relevant to the investigation. And all she has to say is "I don't recall" (we're gonna hear that alot). Anyway, that's why.

RE ODNT's post above, I agree & call BS. She has testified that she got some training and had to sign multiple forms - she has testified that under oath. She was a freakin' Original Classification Authority which means, among other things, she had to be trained to recognize first-time-raw or UNCLAS-at-the-time stuff and determine "hey, this shit needs to be classified, I hereby direct it."

It's not a multiple choice quiz anymore kiddies she is c) all the above - pathological liar AND incompetent to hold the office.
