Rusky Snipper Rifle, @ 3400M

Seems like there is a "mine is bigger than yours" flavor to the world of long-range shooting, that will not stop.

This Rusky is another in the long line.

The mounting block for his scope shows just how far these one-off rifles are getting. I'm thinking the base has at least 1.5+inch lean back to front :]

Yeah, at those ranges it's more like artillery. Start lobbing them in until you get the wind right (with 7+ seconds of flight time) or more likely get lucky. Regardless you have to have some skills and the right equipment to do it.
HCR has made shots to 4549yrds in 2016. 6012 yrds now by GPG, 2019. 17 seconds of flight time... Magic used to call/guess the winds that far in advance.
