Anybody want to see how far the Commerce Clause can be stretched you can look up Wickard v. Filburn. A man raising wheat for his own consumption can be prohibited under the Commerce Clause.

The era of the industrial revolution, followed by lobbyist, regulation, licensure, Globalization etc.... restricted freedoms to a sickening level

Has anyone else noticed that The Tree of Liberty seems to be wilting?

You mean THAT is the reason why there is an artificial tree standing in the parking lot island outside of that Starbucks?

Foook yeah
I have been debating some idiots from my hometown in which they are defending NAMBLA's right to free speech over a case in which a cho-mo who used pamphlets and literature NAMBLA sent him on how to groom the child and (he eventually killed him) how to silence and avoid detection of LEO and parents as part of his defense the ACLU lost a lot of lawyers and benefactors who quit and pulled support in disgust because even the communist founded ACLU majority of its members felt NAMBLA was complicit in enabling the molester/killer except for the slightly more immoral lacking in moral judgement ones who stuck it out
Neither idiot understand the constitution, have never read the arguments that produced it or understand the capitulation that led to the bill of rights being added in order to ratify in the 11yrs it took, and the interpretation within the context of society and the problem presented, the reason why we are able to make laws that protect the safety of the citizens that places some limits on what you can say such as yelling fire in a movie theatre for no reason the call to actions are limited......it takes some study.
Like ANTIFA and NAMBLA have proved IMO the right to free speech has limits in what is consider peaceful speech.....they do not grasp that the forefathers gave us the Constitution with the hopes that we would use it responsibly.....free speech is already being further perverted by the same ACLU supporters anti-bullying for example holds the verbal assaulter accountable if it leads to the victim harming themselves
What is disturbing is neither idiot will condemn NAMBLA or believe that limiting them protects children...WTF...yes I asked if they were members

Condemning NAMBLA is a no-brainer.
Not condemning NAMBLA is a big red flag as to judgement.
Of course there are reasonable limits to speech - for these neighbors not to concede that the grooming of children for sexual exploitation - should of course be limited by law is a sad reflection on how twisted our society has become.
Of course, I’m just an old dinosaur what the fuck do I know.

It could be said that the only thing worse than a pedophile is anyone who would defend them. I believe in public crucifixion for all pedophiles and, if someone wants to defend them, string them up, too. There is nothing worse!
