The Fed's have murdered another American

Wow how did an illegal alien and convicted felon deported 5 times obtain a handgun in San Francisco, Calif? We all know the gun laws there are the "toughest".

San Francisco, Calif a "no self defense" state/city.

Rest in Peace Kathryn Steinle. You are not the first and certainly will not be the last the American federal lawmakers murder.

Thank a liberal/democrat/progressive for her murder.

The man arrested in connection with the seemingly random killing of a woman who was out for a stroll with her father along the San Francisco waterfront is an illegal immigrant who previously had been deported five times, federal immigration officials say.

Further, Immigration and Customs Enforcement says San Francisco had him in their custody earlier this year but failed to notify ICE when he was released.

"DHS records indicate ICE lodged an immigration detainer on the subject at that time, requesting notification prior to his release so ICE officers could make arrangements to take custody. The detainer was not honored," ICE said in a statement Friday afternoon.

Kathryn Steinle was killed Wednesday evening at Pier 14 -- one of the busiest tourist destinations in the city.

Police said Thursday they arrested Francisco Sanchez in the shooting an hour after it occurred.

On Friday, ICE revealed their records indicate the individual has been previously deported five times, most recently in 2009, and is from Mexico.

"His criminal history includes seven prior felony convictions, four involving narcotics charges," ICE said in a statement.

Actually sounds like SF is responsible. They are a sanctuary city and did not inform ICE even though there was a warrant.

Yeah, when making purchases from Calif I try to ensure I purchase nothing from San Fran....

And DHS is fearing a "lone wolf" attack...... this is how you produce a "domestic" terrorist.

Sounds like solid reasoning for a massive civil suit. They may finally take notice if they have to pay through the nose to the victim (or his/her family) each time they let an illegal walk who later is convicted of a crime.

If they don't care about the law, they might notice when hit in the wallet.

POTUS, DOJ, and HS are always warning us about the lone wolf and yet they facilitated millions of unscreened illegal aliens entery the country. They are all breaking our laws entering outside of our immigration laws let alone the more dangerous elements whose actual numbers would floor us. And then there are the sanctuary cities who of course know better than the rest of us all. By god I hope people will be held culpable.

The system is extremely flawed. Often times when a subject has an arrest warrant for an immigration violation, it will not automatically come up in the standard NCIC check. On occasion, it will but not always so you can't rely on it. If an officer isn't aware of this then that can allow a subject with an active warrant to walk away. When ICE or whoever issues an arrest warrant someone at ICE must enter that subject into NCIC for State/City/ Local PD's to have visibility. I have many examples of illegals having an existing warrant and not being in NCIC as such. If an arresting LEO only runs a NCIC check there is a chance the warrant won't pop up. In larger police departments there are officers who do nothing but process prisoners and they are surely aware of this flaw. In smaller departments where the arresting officer does the arrest, background check, fingerprinting, booking and lodging.....it could be a problem. There is a separate data base (forget the name) or a phone number to call ICE and check. Sadly there are so many cracks for illegals to slide through and it is unacceptable.

In my office we have arrested hundreds this year and only one was here in the US legally. It is frustrating. We can not even ask if they are here legally.

We are doing are part to lock them up at least..... Can not say that for HSI/ICE or what ever they are calling them self's this week. We are so screwed here in the US and it is our own fault.

On Locked Up Abroad it said that 30 U.S. citizens have died in Mexico's prisons since 2008. I wonder why Trump might say Mexico isn't our friend? I have a ton of respect for the millions who come here to work just to send money back home to their family BTW.

Must be nice to say that while living in Ohio..... too bad you cannot see the Mexican millions that are in the drug business and poisoning Americans on a daily basis.
