Request for intel on B 2/19

Hope this forum is appropriate, if not please square me away.

I'm prior service looking to get back in once the wife's new job pans out (heh, let her bring home the bacon and pay off those damn school loans). Looking for info from those in the know concerning B 2/19. Specifically POC information and any insight you can provide concerning how employers generally deal with time off due to pipeline, other training and deployments. (Need to know if we would need to plan on me losing my job or not, realize this varies by employer but would appreciate no BS assesment based on experience).

Appreciate the help gentlemen, back to lurking and learning.

As for losing your job, I only know of one guy from my unit and that sorta doens't count. He was self employed
